Bev is of my own most enduring memories of PHS. In my recollections of all my time, my learning, my adventures, and my various groups of friends there, Bev looms large in presence. As a friend, she made me feel a far closer friend than I ever truly was. That is her nature. To give so much.

Remembrances of Bev’s magnificent smile, bright eyes and personal warmth are unshakeable. She had that influence to make others better themselves, as I’m sure many of you have experienced first hand.

I yield to a sense of sorrow and happiness on Bev’s passing. Sorrow for this world losing one who gave such brilliance; a bright-and-shining light to us.  Happiness that Bev is on to her own greater adventure ahead.

Such a shame.     It seems just recently I saw a nice photo of Bev and her lovely family.    I have some great memories of Bev when we shared classes or at other events.    Wish I had the chance to know her better as an adult over all these years.   I was looking forward to seeing her at another reunion.    She will be missed greatly.   My condolences and sympathies to her family.    Regards to all,   Gary L

I adored Beverly. We were not close friends, but in such a large class she stood out and was willing to care for everyone.

So sadden to hear about Beverly's passing. She was the heart and soul of our class. I always enjoyed seeing her at the class reunions. My condolences to her family.

Beverly, almost everyone on campus knew who you were. How could we not know you? You had the biggest and best shaped afro, an effervescent smile and a personality that welcomed everyone. You could always be counted on to lend a helping hand. I was looking forward to seeing you at our next reunion, but God had other plans.

You will most certainly be missed. Sending my prayers and condolences to your family.

I wish I had known her better, but I knew that smile. And yes, she had the best afro and a personality you were drawn to. I don't remember when I first met Beverly, but I know she was a fun person. I haven't traveled much, but how fun that would have been to reconnect with her in the air. I feel we were all blessed to have known her.

Taking pictures like I did, Bev was in a lot due to her being Pep Commissioner.  She was so photogenic.  She was a great friend and like so many have said before she was a friend to everyone.  And who can ask more than that for a legacy.

My sincerest condolences to Beverly's family.  I did not interact with her a lot on campus but I certainly knew who she was. She was bright and bubbly as far as the eye could see. She was never sad or angry at anyone.

How sad to learn of another fabulous person from PHS '71 heading off to the bright blue skies. I was one day shy of sending her a card when I was informed of her passing by Rita. I was bumming. Beverly used to come by the tennis courts to say hi and/or support me in my tennis matches. She was a very special lady with an incrdible afro (best one around). She had an infectious personality and I know will always be remebered so favorably. RIP my dear...

I have been waiting for something to grab me about Beverlys passing. I was in shock to here she seemed so vibrant and full of life every time I remember her or see a photo.Last time I saw a picture I believe she was on a flight and in charge of the Budweiser dog (I think).what a cool job she had.

Our memories are ours and hers will be forever with me.Rest in Heavenly Peace Beverly✝️
